Who influenced you to develop the drift style you have?

My friends influence me for the most part. Obviously, all of the old J dudes. We all know who they are. CA240 was also a large influence. Learned many things from that forum. A bunch of RAD dudes came out of there. Forums are all but dead, but most motherfuckers from there are still out here doing rad things. 

When did you first get truly excited about drifting?

2005, when I went to a Formula D event at Soldier Field (Chicago) and saw drifting in person for the first time. Seeing it in person really made me realize how ridiculous and dickhead this shit actually is. I was hooked. 

What cars influenced your car’s style?

Too many to list. Every iteration of my car has been something I concocted by taking bits and pieces of different cars from their eras. Obviously, I take heavy influence from any old heavy hitter 180SXer. 

Why did you choose to take the path through drifting that you did?

Like everything else, I take it day by day and as it comes. I do what I can with what I have. I have no control over history and no control over the future. All I know is that it brings me happiness, so I’m going to try to keep it going for as long as I can.
